If you are not a consultant ophthalmologist, we offer discounted tickets for other types of healthcare professionals and students/trainees. Please use our ‘Other healthcare professionals’ form for purchasing those tickets.
Refunds requested before or on 1 October 2023 will be made in full less any processing fee. Refunds requested for the period 2 to 31 October 2023 will be made at 50% less any processing fee. We are unable to refund payments after 1 November 2023. No refunds can be made for travel or accommodation booked and we encourage everyone to make their own insurance arrangements to cover.
