Conference refund policy

Refunds requested on or before 19 September 2026 will be made in full less any processing fee; refunds requested on or before 2 October 2026 will be made at 50% less any processing fee. No refunds can be made for travel or accommodation booked and we encourage everyone to make their own insurance arrangements.

Ticket prices and availability

The Early Bird ticket price is available until 16 July 2026.  From 17 July to 19 October 2026 the full price will be applied. Late bookings from 20 October will be charged at a premium rate.

CPD

We anticipate that we will be able to offer approximately 12 Royal College of Ophthalmologists continuous professional development (CPD) points. We will also apply for General Optical Council accreditation. When you complete your booking, please include your registration number so that we can provide the necessary confirmation of attendance. If you have any questions about the CPD available, please email ukegs@glaucoma.uk with ‘CPD’ in the subject line.
