Our helpline
Here at Glaucoma UK we have a helpline team who can give advice, guidance and information to support you at every stage of your glaucoma journey. This service is completely free to use.
We know how busy eye clinics are, and how hard it can be to ask questions when things are rushed or when you’re worried or upset. No matter what your glaucoma questions are, we’re here to listen to your concerns, answer your questions and provide sound advice to help you manage life with glaucoma.
Whether you’re recently diagnosed, have questions about your treatment, are concerned about a loved one, worried about your driving licence or you’re just looking for someone to talk to who understands, give us a call and chat with our friendly team.

How to get in touch
Call the helpline on 01233 648 170 or email helpline@glaucoma.uk
The helpline uses Language Line for translation services. If you need support or advice in a language other than English, please tell the helpline adviser your language when you are connected and they will bring a translator into the call.
To arrange a translator for a friend, client or patient, please email the helpline using helpline@glaucoma.uk and we will arrange a time for the call.
Opening hours
We’re open 9.30am – 5.00pm on weekdays.
If you call outside these working hours, just leave a message and we’ll call you back as soon as possible.
