The London Marathon is the largest annual fundraising event on the planet. Over 1 million competitors have taken part and raised millions of pounds for good causes since the race began in 1981. If you’ve always wanted to take part in this iconic race, now is the time to enter the ballot for the chance to cross that famous finish line.

Glaucoma UK charity places

We have a limited number of charity places for the TCS London Marathon 2022. If you’re interested in joining #TeamGlaucomaUK, we’d love to hear from you. Please complete an application using the form below and we’ll be in touch.

Those successful in securing a Glaucoma UK charity place will be required to pay a £100 registration fee and commit to the minimum fundraising target of £1,500.

Please note: completing our form does not guarantee you a place in the London Marathon 2022.

Applied for a place through the London Marathon ballot?

The official 2022 TCS London Marathon ballot closed at 9.00pm on Friday 8 October 2021. The results will be announced in February next year.

If you are successful in gaining a place through the official London Marathon ballot, you can still run for Glaucoma UK. Just email us at to let us know once you get your place confirmed and we will welcome you to the Glaucoma UK team!
