Our glaucoma helpline will be closed from 2:00pm on Friday 18 December 2020 until 9:30am on Monday 4 January 2021 for the festive period. If you need to speak to someone when our helpline is closed, these contacts may be helpful:

Glaucoma UK membership services
Over the festive period the Glaucoma UK head office will be closed from midday on 22 December 2020 until 9.30am on Monday 4 January 2021.
During this time membership support services will be unavailable. If you are a member already and you have a query, please email member@glaucoma.uk and someone from our team will be in touch when our office re-opens in the New Year.

Ordering glaucoma information and welfare goods
You can continue to place goods orders and order glaucoma information booklets through our website. However, please be aware that after midday on the 22 December new orders won’t be processed until 4 January. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Digital Glaucoma Support Groups
Our brand-new digital support groups allow you to attend from the comfort of your own home. You can watch past recorded Digital Glaucoma Support Groups on our YouTube channel here. Previous topics have included:
Asking questions on our social media pages or online community
Many people living with glaucoma choose to send us queries on our Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and post to our Health Unlocked community forum. Our team will be checking these sites intermittently throughout the festive period. However, we are unable to give medical advice during this period on these channels.
